@bamfic My opinion’s even less practical (in current societal assumptions) than “abolish.” I’d reallocate funds dramatically & basically replace every cop holding a badge today with folks who can demonstrate comprehension of the Peelian Principles.

Honestly, it’s be easier just to abolish them.

@Ventronik I also have Equilinox and Islanders on my “chill time” list.

@Ventronik Equilinox is an evolution Spore-type god game, and Islanders is a city builder puzzle game.

I kinda love both, but if I’m not in the right mental state they can be a little too chill.

@eldang Oh that’s much nicer than the previous week. Been worried as heck from West Seattle about my friend who lives upstairs from (next to? It’s my landmark when I visit) the 12th ave arts building.

wait why did pragprog downgrade their site to a 2006 turnkey ecommerce storefront?

“My Orders”? What happened to my library? How do I see which titles have been updated? How do I go to the store page for the title in case I forgot what it was about?

Sometimes change is bad.

Everyone was grateful I’m sure.
