Interesting thing to note: since I’ve admitted to myself I"m a “senior dev” I’ve been way more transparent about my mental state, and less saying what I think folks want to hear.
Modeling the behavior I’d like to see is clearly part of my brain’s tagged behavior for senior dev.

@pixelpaperyarn It’s very much an expression of the autistic side of my brain wiring in this case.
It doesn’t matter whether I have the power or not. I’m a senior dev. That’s what senior devs do (in my head at least). Therefore that’s what I do.
