Productivity articles and videos talking about their journal as if it’s a five minute task like feeding the dogs or something and not an always-open-start-on-login lifeline where you argue with yourself and track what you were doing before your last distraction.
I have strong feelings about this but not so strong that I want to invest in a professional vlogger setup. You’re all safe for now.

I keep trying to use Confluence like it’s Notion and perhaps unsurprisingly it continues to not work that way.

Starting on paths to address the anxiety slash ancient trauma ripple effects of ADHD because I tell you what it’d be a lot easier to use my coping techniques if I could cope, you know?
