Post-move shopping #ADHD blues.
2nd paycheck so ordered myself new headset and fancy trackball as a treat.
First time ordering anything since before moving here.
Forgot to update the shipping address.
Didn’t notice until it was too late to cancel. “but you can refuse delivery at the door or process a return after”
Uh no actually I can’t. Not from 1,500 miles away.
So unless the delivery person notices the “I AM AN IDIOT DO NOT DELIVER THIS” special instruction I added, there’ll be an expensive trackball and cheap headset sitting around in my old neighborhood.

@m well if I can’t cancel I at least hope someone gets some cash and / or genuine usage out of it.
What makes me sad is seeing boxes gutted and contents strewn about by someone disappointed they hadn’t stolen something obviously precious.

Got my new Kensington trackball. Three keyboards, two trackballs, and two touch pads. My emacs config is nearly ready.
Anyhow.
I could have a device switcher. I do have a device switcher.
But sometimes it’s just easier to go 70s prog rock keyboardist with your setup.
