Outbreak does a pretty good job of converting Obsidian notes to something Logseq can handle.

A few caveats:

if you use short paths, it won’t catch your image links; this can be fixed with a regular expression search and replace in your favorite tool, editor, or programming language
if you’re doing some form of daily notes, you need the Daily Notes plugin enabled and configured, even if you’re using Journals or something else; otherwise outbreak will not recognize them during conversion (Logseq might, but it might not)
folder structure will get flattened; you may want to indicate relations in some other way, with metadata or file basename schemes
