Outbreak does a pretty good job of converting Obsidian notes to something Logseq can handle.
GitHub - laughedelic/outbreak: Breaking notes out of Obsidian vaults into Logseq outlines
A few caveats:
- if you use short paths, it won’t catch your image links; this can be fixed with a regular expression search and replace in your favorite tool, editor, or programming language
- if you’re doing some form of daily notes, you need the Daily Notes plugin enabled and configured, even if you’re using Journals or something else; otherwise outbreak will not recognize them during conversion (Logseq might, but it might not)
- folder structure will get flattened; you may want to indicate relations in some other way, with metadata or file basename schemes
